Cisco Interaction Manager provides the capability for agents to selectively handle E-Mail, chat, web collaboration, and voice requests using an integrated platform for task assignment using workflow conditions, routing scripts, and socket communication involving Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise 7.5 (Unified CCE), with accessibility and interoperability of both within the Cisco Agent Desktop (Cisco AD) Embedded Browser. This five day instructor-led course will define the tasks necessary for implementation, configuration, and support of Unified Email Interaction Manager and Unified Web Interaction Manager, the components that make up the Cisco Interaction Manager.
This course is ideal for the engineer who has limited time to become proficient in designing, configuring, and administering a Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS) environment. Designed for those who understand the basics of UCS server architecture, this course provides you with an opportunity to work with a complete UCS environment.
In order to maximize hands-on practice time, brief lectures will occur each morning, preparing you for the day’s labs. The remaining time in class is dedicated to lab time, whereby each student is assigned a separate UCS environment.
Each UCS environment includes a Nexus 5k core, a pair of Fabric Interconnects, both B-Series and C-Series servers, Microsoft Hyper-V (2008 or 2012), VMware vSphere (v4.x, 5.0, 5.1, and 5.5), the Cisco Nexus 1000v (v1.5x and 2.2x), and Cisco’s pass-through switching.
This course is part of the curriculum path leading to the Cisco Certified Network Professional Security (CCNP Security) certification. Additionally, it is designed to prepare security engineers with the knowledge and hands-on experience for deploying the Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and 802.1X secure network access. You will acquire the foundational knowledge and capabilities to implement and managed network access security by utilizing Cisco ISE appliance product solution. You will gain hands-on experience with configuring various advance Cisco security solutions for mitigating outside threats and securing devices connecting to the network. At the end of the course, you will be able to reduce the risk to your IT infrastructures and applications using the Cisco ISE appliance feature and provide operational support identity and network access control.
In this course, you will learn about the Cisco UCS Mini solution. This intensive training helps you understand the key features, configuration steps, configuration interfaces, and the physical specifications of the Cisco UCS Mini’s associated hardware. This course will also focus on many common issues in the Unified Fabric, chassis, servers, and how to identify and resolve these issues.
