Google G Suite support both real-time and asynchronous collaboration. In this course, you will learn the capability of Google productivity applications and work within the Google Apps environment.
Google Calendar is used keep you organized and can be synchronized with mobile devices. You can view your calendar from your desk, on the road, at home and on your mobile phone, even when you’re offline. It has all the features you would expect from a calendar program. The specific topics to be covered are changing views, add events, private or public security, supports different time zones, search feature, format events displayed, invite others, receive invitations, create new calendars, and share calendars.

Google Docs includes the office suite of applications including Documents, Spreadsheets, and Presentation. The Google Docs interface allows you to load, save, rename, and share these applications. Furthermore, its capability is very similar to other presentation programs. This class will focus on learning the commands, navigation, and operational features used to create a document. The topics covered are open, save, close, upload, download, export, print, insert/delete, using layouts, adding text, selection, cut/paste, format, bullets, backgrounds, inserting images, shapes, drawing objects, tables, video, and speaker notes.
