MS Project Advanced Understanding
COURSE OUTLINE:
The project creation portion of the class rapidly covers the introductory topics providing alternate methods, shortcuts, results, and the most commonly used techniques. The “managing a project†portion of the class will explain how to adjust a schedule and status an existing schedule to keep track of progress. We will also look into some of the more unknown features to manage multiple projects and share resources. Finally, we will learn how to customize fields and views to better manage projects. Prerequisites This class is designed for the advanced Microsoft Project user. If you have taken both level 1 and level 2 classes, you will be ready to take this course.
