Cancellation Policy

Canceling or rescheduling an enrollment for most classes (including private/group classes) with less than 7 days’ notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full class price.

THIS INCLUDES NO SHOWS.

The cancellation policy for all technical classes including Microsoft Technical MOC, Cisco, Primavera, and CompTIA classes will be 10 business days (or 2 weeks).

Rescheduling

Motivaim allows one (1) late-reschedule (at no additional cost) for a student who rescheduled less than 7 days of the class. If the student late-reschedules more than 1 time, the student forfeits the tuition fee and will be charged full retail price the next time. Students who were a “No Show” to a class (did not reschedule within 7 days of the class) may enroll in the same class at a later date for 50% of the retail cost provided that their account is current and all invoices have been paid.

Private Classes that are cancelled late (less than 7 days) may be rescheduled for later dates and will incur a 50% charge of the original class fee provided that their account is current and all invoices have been paid.

Retake Policy

Students may “retake” a class that they had previously attended one (1) time within six months of the original class date provided that their account is current and all invoices have been paid.

To enroll in a class as a retake, please contact our customer care department.
If a student enrolls as a retake and needs to cancel their enrollment, they may do so without penalty one (1) time only.

Student canceling a retake enrollment more than 1 time will result in having their privilege of “retaking” that specific class revoked.
